Our Process

We distill our organic rums using copper pot stills and batch distillation columns, combining traditional methods with modern technology. Every rum we produce is aged to perfection in hand-selected barrels, including American oak, French oak, and locally sourced woods previously used for wine maturation.

Organic and Fair Trade Certified

Our rums are USDA Organic, Fair Trade, and Kosher certified, making them as ethical as they are delicious.

Sustainability

Our distillery is powered by renewable energy from sugarcane bagasse, a byproduct of our sugar production. We use a closed-loop system to recycle water and waste, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
